Basic middleware

import { ProtoCat } from 'protocat'

const app = new ProtoCat()

app.addService(/* ... */)
app.use(call => {
  console.log(`[${call.type}] ${call.path}`)
  return next()
})

Before or after adding a service, you can add middlewares that get invoked on each request for all call types.
